About Us
The Terrassa Industrial Electronics Group (TIEG) is an established team of researchers from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). We train high-level talent and work in close collaboration with the business sector to develop pioneering technology for the energy transition.
What We Do
We lead research into power converter control and the application of new semiconductors (GaN and SiC). We develop charging infrastructures, traction systems for electric vehicles, and solutions to mitigate electromagnetic interference right from the design phase.
